A Data Strategy is a vision and direction and a set of choices and decisions that chart a high level course of action to achieve high level goals for Data Governance and the Data Management Functions. A Data Strategy provides a plan for maintaining and improving data quality, data integrity, data security and data access for the data warehouse. The data strategy also identifies business plans to use information to support strategic direction, priorities and service improvements.
